A diptych I experimented with to expand my knowledge on colour, mostly on how colours interact next to different hues and shades. 

I found this exercise really enjoyable and interesting to learn more in depth colour theory to help me with other projects in future.

I took great inspiration from Grace Cossington for these works, the way she uses her brush in such and interesting way-almost in a way of pointillism. Using multiple colours in one brush stroke laying next to one other to great this impeccable glow. Though my pieces are no way near the same as her I wanted to take her practise and dumb it down into a way for me to experiment with colour.
